Payment Due: Tuesday, July 19th, Office is open 9:00am to 5:00pm. Office located at 2601 Lake Land Blvd, Mattoon, IL 61938 Accepted Payment Methods : Cash, IL Check, Bank Wire. Credit/Debit Cards not accepted for payment.

Successful bidder is subject to $200 Deposit per unit to be made at payment.

Deposit can be collected once key and evidence of completely cleaned out unit are provided to Bauer Auction Service, LLC office. Clean out deadline July 25th, key to be returned no later than 5pm.
